Auction/Sales Process

Pre Auction

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks ahead of the auction date, our meticulous preparations for your site commence, constituting crucial behind-the-scenes efforts integral to optimizing the value of your assets. This comprehensive process involves the meticulous organization of assets, grouping similar items into lots, strategically arranging machinery, equipment, and accessories in a logical auction order. Additionally, our team undertakes the task of thoroughly cleaning both the machinery and the facility, ensuring a pristine presentation for prospective buyers. Each item is meticulously tagged and cataloged, contributing to a seamless auction process.

Executing these preparatory measures is a dedicated and seasoned set-up crew comprised of full-time professionals, many of whom boast extensive tenures with our company. Notably, we refrain from utilizing temporary assistance in readying your items for auction. Collaborating closely with your staff, our crew ensures strict adherence to company policies and safety standards.

This very crew also oversees the public inspection of assets one day prior to the auction. This pre-auction viewing affords potential buyers the opportunity to witness the machines in operation (facilitated by your staff or with your explicit permission only) and scrutinize any equipment they intend to bid on.

Day of Auction

During live auctions, our skilled crew manages every facet of the event, from bidder registration and auction calling to selling, sales support, invoicing, collection, and security. We aim to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both your team and potential buyers.

Post Auction

Following the conclusion of the auction, our on-site team takes charge of overseeing the efficient removal of all sold equipment or machinery, prioritizing the protection of your company’s interests. The removal process initiates immediately after the auction concludes and is generally finalized within a span of 30 days.

Individuals employing powered vehicles for item removal are required to furnish proof of insurance amounting to $1 million. To expedite the timely removal of purchased items, we furnish buyers with a comprehensive list of independent riggers. Subsequent to the removal process, our dedicated staff actively participates in managing and assisting with site cleanup, ensuring a thorough and orderly resolution of the post-auction procedures. Our commitment extends beyond the auction event, safeguarding the integrity and seamless transition for both sellers and buyers alike.
